Frosty Winter Snowflakes

Happy Friday! The weekend is almost here!
Yesterday, we had one cold, really windy day here in the south. It felt a lot like this card looks: frosty! I love this new winter greeting. I made it look even icier by embossing it with a white sparkly embossing powder on the teal card stock. For the white background, I used a snowflake flurry embossing folder on the left combined with the interlocking snowflake background stamped in two colors on the right.
I made a double bow using two ribbons and attached it. After layering it onto a teal panel, everything is attached to a 4.25 x 5.5 white card. I added some stickles to the embossed snowflakes for some extra sparkle.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
stamps: Winter Wording Square, Interlocking Snow Background
paper: white, teal
ink: white pigment, aqua & neptune dye inks
accessories: ribbon, stickles, white spark embossing powder, snowflake flurry embossing folder

Wow, wow, Julie. This is so pretty. The embossing folder combined with the two different colors of the interlocking snowflake bg is really eye catching.
Julie, what an awesome card. Love that ribbon.
The snowflakes look great with the embossing! Beautiful card. ~Diane
Love the colors and all the details, especially the stamped snowflakes, great idea to use 2 colors!
Pretty, pretty and more pretty! Love the swirls on the embossing, makes it look windy and wintery and perfect for that stamp!
What a wonderful card!! What a fabulous idea using the 2nd color on the snowflakes. These are snowflakes we can all like!
