Shine on...

Hi Everyone!

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday...Did you eat too much?? Stupid question, right?! Well, before we forge ahead onto the next big holiday, I thought I would show off the last of my fall themed cards.

I used basically the same stamps to make these two different looking cards.  I pulled out my neglected brayer and did a bit of masking to create the scene with the moon.  I also finished it with a bit of sponging, whisking the inky sponge across the sky and moon to give the illusion of a bit of cloud cover.  In addition to the sentiment Shine on Harvest Moon and the Single Fall Tree stamp,  I also used Starry Night and Easy Grass Background.

The second card I used the same technique, I just decided to play up the "Shine" portion of the sentiment and I used spray adhesive on the image...

and then sprinkled it with stamping glitter. Oooo.... Ahhhh...
