Being A Witch... Pricess - Card Patterns Sponsorship

>> Sunday, September 26, 2010

This week DRS Designs is sponsoring the Card Patterns blog, so for today's card I have used their new Sketch #83, flipped on its side, for the layout. If you play along, make sure to get all of the details HERE, so you can be entered to win a $15 Gift Voucher to the DRS Designs online store!

To start out I used the Easy Dot Background (H628) stamp to create the polk-dotted purple and white background paper. The image, Witchly Accessories (K154), was stamped onto white cardstock then colored with COPIC markers. Before die-cutting the image I snipped the broom handle a bit so it would stick outside of the die for an 'outside of the box' look.

The sentiment, Priceless Halloween Greeting (G433), was stamped onto a bright orange cardstock strip, then the edge was punched with the Drippy Goo border. A bright green die cut mat was placed on the card, then the image and sentiment strip were adhered over it.
