Happy August! DRS is sponsoring the Tuesday Morning Sketch blog this week and the theme is Christmas! I chose TMS # 40 for my Santa & Rudolph card. Maybe Jolly Old St Nick can bring us some cooler temps. Wouldn't that be great?
For the black strips, I stamped them with the snowflake background and white chalk ink. I used a scallop edge die for the bottom band and stamped the front of the 4.25 x 5.5 white card with the star background and platinum ink. I added a few embossed and cut out ornaments as a final touch.
Supplies:
stamps: Santa with Reindeer, Interlocking Snow Background
paper: white, black
ink: permanent black, white chalk, platinum planet
accessories: Spellbinders squares, ornaments embossing folders, markers, scallop border die
