By far my favorite images by DRS Designs are from their
Cutie Pie Collection. I know I rave about them often, but I just can't help myself--they are just too cute! (No pun intended! LOL!)
With the Holiday baking season right around the corner I couldn't help but show off one of the newest Cutie Pie Kids for my post today. Complete with a yummy pie in hand, this latest addition is the Happy Harvest Cutie Pie Girl!
Stamps: F112 Happy Harvest Cutie Pie Girl, H369 Vicki's Versatile Background, E050 Thanksgiving Arc
I colored her with Bic and Copic markers and used a decorative corner punch to form the frame around her. The background was created by stamping Vicki's Versatile Background stamp with brown ink, and I used the Thanksgiving Arc sentiment just above the image. I added a layered cardstock panel accented with ribbon to pull everything together.
We have family who live out of town and unfortunately we can't meet with them for the holidays this year. I've made a bunch of these cards to send to them and to change things up a bit I've also made a few with the
Happy Harvest Cutie Pie Boy. He's getting ready for the Thanksgiving Holiday meal as well by bringing his harvested crops to the table!
Have a Great Weekend!
Smiles,
Jennifer
