Cherry Blossom Thank You

Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! It has been really cold here this week. A couple of days, we never got above freezing & lows were in the teens w/ wind chills around 8. Brrrrr!!! So maybe a card w/ a spring vibe will make the recent cold snap a little more tolerable.
Dogwoods & cherry blossoms are pretty similar so I stamped & colored the dogwood branch like a cherry blossom branch then fussy cut it. The white bg was embossed w/ a cherry blossom folder & I added a couple of narrow layers.
The greeting was stamped on a large stitched flag. I did have to use my resizing technique to make the flag a little longer.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
paper: Staples 110# white, lt pink, fern green
ink: Memento tuxedo black
accessories: Rubbernecker Rectangle Stitch, Nested Banner Stitch dies, Darice embossing folder (Cherry Blossom), Copic Markers

Such a pretty card, thanks for sharing!
Oh goodness, this is beyond beautiful! I love the slim colorful mats behind the embossed panel and the coloring on the flowers is so, so pretty! Awesome card!
Brilliant, Julie. I love that you made the dogwood blossoms into cherry tree blossoms. Super pretty coloring on them too. Wow. The EF is amazing (I want it). This is the kind of thank you card that makes someone feel you REALLY value their action/support. Love this. Hugz
Beautiful card, Julie. Gorgeous coloring & design.
What a beautiful card Julie! Wonderful idea changing the dogwood into a cherry blossom and you colored it perfectly! I'm also loving the look of the embossing in the center with all the smooth white along the edges - it is indeed a perfect thank you card!
This card is gorgeous Julie! I love that flower embossed bg and it goes perfectly with your stamped flowers! Your colors are so beautiful too! Love the double matting! Just beautiful!
