More Birthdays!

>> Monday, April 16, 2018

Hi Everyone. Hope you had a great weekend. I have a couple of birthday cards to share with you today. The first one was super easy to create. I die cut the butterflies from a rainbow of pastels and arranged them on some cream CS that was embossed with a CB birthday EF. The tiny birthday greeting was stamped onto the same cream CS, die cut and layered onto a die cut circle. Everything was attached to a cream card base.

My second card uses this week's sketch for the weekly Splitcoast Stamper Sketch challenge and some new flower dies from Spellbinders.

I started by die cutting the flowers from dark and light purple CS as well as the flower stems and leaves from green CS. the Happy, happy, happy day greeting was stamped onto white CS, die cut and layered onto a dark purple panel. The light panel was embossed with the same CB birthday EF. I really like this sketch and how this card came together.

Thanks for stopping by today.

blessings,
shelia

Shelia, some great birthday cards! Loving the way you did the butterflies - that looks so great! The purple shades on the second are lovely with those sweet flowers too. Great cards. Hugz
