Monochrome Bloom

Happy Friday!
Wow! What a week! Here in the southeast, we thought the last winter storm was rough, but the one this week was off the charts! We had a lot of snow and ice around here so I thought a big bloomin' daisy would bring a little spring.

I was in a real monochrome mood when I stared this card. I used almost all warm grays for the big bloom and these are colors I rarely use. After stamping the huge blooming flower, I masked it and stamped the script background along the left side. I used warm grays, lionet gold and a yellow copic to color the flower. The greeting was stamped on a piece of the warm gray card stock and the ends were punched with a small corner rounder. The two colors of Candi dots were added in the top right for a little balance.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a warm weekend!
Supplies:
paper: white, warm gray
ink: Memento tuxedo black
accessories: Copic markers, small corner rounder, Candi dots
