Thinking of Hummingbirds

Happy Thursday!

I love birds and this hummingbird image is just terrific! I decided to keep my design simple to keep the attention on the image. The hummer scene was stamped onto white matte coat card stock and colored with markers and a blender. I stamped, colored and cut out an extra bird and attached him on top of the base image. I added a little sparkle to the hummer and flowers with a clear glitter Stardust pen.

The 4.25 x 5.5 (A2) white card was stamped across the front. A die cut border was added down the left side and a rose mat underneath the image. The sentiment and rose layer were die cut and added.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Now I have to go fill up my hummingbird feeders. Those little guys sure drink a lot!

Supplies:
stamps: Hummingbird, Thinking of You, Design a Square
paper: white matte coat, rose
ink: Ancient Page coal, neptune
accessories: markers, Spellbinders classic oval Nestie, classic square, Spades border, foam tape, Stardust clear glitter pen
