By Debbie Seyer - A Peek Into My Stamping Room

It's a silly title, isn't it? Well, I hope when you see my cards for today, you will understand! My first card is all about being Irish. Since tomorrow is St. Patrick's day I figured it was the best day to use this wonderful blessing.

This sentiment stamp is called Sunbeam to Warm You Irish Greeting. I thought it was quite appropriate for the day before St. Patrick's day, don't you? Plus the wonderful Everything Irish image goes perfect with it. Behind the image I stamped the Swag & Dot 2.5" Mega Circle using Bean Sprout Memento Ink and cut/embossed it using my Classic Circle Nestabilities™. This whole card came together so easily! Love it when that happens!

This second card came to mind when I saw the wonderful new Cosmo Cricket patterned paper pad - Garden Variety. Gotta love those Peas!

The card base was made from Scalloped Circle Nestabilities™. I layered the two different patterned papers on top and added the twine with the button. I stamped the Peas in a Pod image using Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto white cardstock. I cut/embossed using a Labels 1 Nestabilities™ and airbrushed it using the lightest yellow copic marker I have. I colored the peas using some Copic Markers, too. Isn't this fun? Gotta love green! I hope you have a wonderful St. Patrick's Day and wear lots of green! Have a great day!
