Challenge #17

>> Monday, March 23, 2009

Welcome back to the 17th DRS Designs Blog challenge!!! This week the challenge is to make a no layer card! Yes, it's time to get back to basics!!! Sometimes you need a quick but not overly done card and with this challenge we hope to inspire you with ideas on how to make your own quick, no layer cards. We would love for you to participate because sharing is the best source of inspiration right? If you do participate, please post a direct link to your creation in the comment section of this post and if upload to a public gallery, please use the keyword DRSC17.

To sweeten the deal, we're offering a set of notecards, an ink pad and an unmounted image to a random participant. Be sure to link your creation by 8pm on Sunday, April 5 to be included in the drawing.

Check out some inspiration from our design team below...get more details on each creation by visiting each members blog...

See you soon...

The design team has outdone their selves with ONLY one layer. It is harder than expected.
Here is my take on the challenge;

Admittedly, this isn't using DRS stamps. But I enjoy one layer cards!
