The Raven

>> Sunday, August 24, 2014

Today my card uses some of DRS designs new Halloween Stamps.

I started by stamping The Raven ( this stamp make me think of a Edgar Allen Poe Poem) with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto cream cs.
I covered with a mask, then I stamped the
Tiny Happy Halloween

For the black card front I used the Spellbinder Classic Oval
then I embossed with the
Enhancing Elements Gold Oval
then I used white Rub and Buff.

I set the orange eyelets with my crop a dial.

For the string I used crochet thread, that I colored with a orange Copic marker
then I warped it around a ruler and touched a drake gray marker on each side and in the middle.

I stamped the Run In Fear onto cream cs.
This was cut with a Classic Square Spellbinder die.
I keep it in the die and sponged on
Antique Linen Distress Ink.
This was layered onto black card stock that was cut with a
Perfect Layer Ruler.
The branches were punched with a MS punch.

Have a wonderful day,
