Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! How much Halloween candy do you have left? Enough to keep you going until it's pie time? Keep the pie..just give me the turkey & dressing!
After stamping & coloring the image, I added the greeting & a little stickles to the whipped cream. The rust panel was stamped w/ the lower part of the calendar grid & a little color added randomly. Just a narrow strip of teal was added under the top layer to help tie the colors together.

paper: Staples 110# white, X-Press It white, rust, scrap of teal
ink: Memento tuxedo black, Distress rusty hinge (Kaleidacolor autumn leaves used on inside)
accessories: Copic markers, Spellbinders A2 matting basics A, & curved borders dies, ODBD pierced rectangle dies, Misti, stickles

Fun card Julie! Excellent idea using the calendar squares as a background - looks like a perfect tile back splash to me!
Very good mix of colors and details, Julie. YOur coloring totally brings that pie to life. I love the fun way you used the calendar squares - I will never look at that image the say way again. Fun, fun, fun. I took a pie making class this weekend and now I am all about some pie - this one looks yummy! Hugz
