Everything is Better Irish!

>> Saturday, March 3, 2018

Welcome!

Only 2 weeks until St. Patrick's Day!!  I'm having so much fun with our new Irish stamps here's another card for you!

I started my card by stamping our new Better Irish stamp using black ink on white card stock, die cutting it, sponging around the edges and layering it on yellow.  While I had my die cuts out I cut the center out of my folded green card and then created a plaid using our Woven Plaid and our cut apart tutorial directions and adhered it inside.  It was still needing something so I added some faux stitching along the scallops.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love the plaid, Sue. Some great colors to frame up that awesome new sentiment. I really like your faux stitching too. Great card!

What a fun St. Patrick's day card! The colors on your plaid are just marvelous and the "stitching" along the little scallops finishes it off perfectly :)
