For unto you Poinsettia Border

>> Thursday, November 30, 2017

Welcome!

Today I have a relatively simple card using our new Poinsettia Corner - only instead of using the whole corner I cut off the small string of holly and made of a border stamp out of it.

Since my stamp is now in 2 pieces it was relatively easy to stamp using black ink.  Once the border was done I stamped the inside with our Luke Holiday Verse in the center again using black ink.  After coloring I layered it on green and then a folded blue card.  I think the hardest part of this card was resisting the urge to jazz it up a bit :)

Thanks for stopping by!

I so need to get that Luke Scripture verse image! It is fabulous and your poinsettia frame is just perfect, Sue. What a super Christmas card and it focuses on what the season is all about. How wonderful! Hugz

Love this card, Sue. Beautiful framing of these verses from Luke. Now I'm gonna go cut my poinsettia corner in half & make a card just like this! Thanks for the inspiration!!

This framing looks amazing! I love the idea of having the two pieces to give more stamping options! Lovely Christmas card!
