No Turkey!

Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! Can you believe it's October all ready? Where has this year gone? Halloween is just around the corner, then Thanksgiving & Christmas. My head is spinning just thinking about it.

So I think this poor little turkey is looking a little nervous at the thought of Thanksgiving. Unlike the turkeys that visit our backyard frequently. In fact one of the hens (I nicknamed her Henrietta) actually waits for me throw out the food for the crows & squirrels. Then she runs around the hedge toward me like I'm calling the dog for dinner. (Below is Henrietta after she flew up onto our deck rail last winter.)
Anyway, after I stamped my colorful turkey, I masked him then stamped the brick wall & floor below him. I colored everything w/ Copics then added a dk gray frame & one fussy cut pumpkin & one punched pumpkin. The little leaves were also punched & colored.
Here's a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Adorable card Julie! Love the bright pop of the turkey with the pale grey walls and floor. The detail on your leaves is amazing - hard to believe they're simple punches! Love how you did the wall/floor/leaves combo on the inside as well :)
