Autumn Leaves

Welcome!!

As you can see my card this week is all about coloring.

I started my card by stamping a piece of card stock with our Open Leaf image using black ink.  To color them I used a combo of watercolor pencils and a yellow marker.  I used 2 blue markers to add the dots in the background then stamped our Hayrides Harvest greeting in orange and layered it all on orange card stock.  The bow was a leftover from a couple of weeks ago that I thought looked kinda cute.

Thanks for stopping by!

The background leaves are the perfect multi colors of fall! Love those little blue dots that fill in the white space too!

Oh so pretty with your fall leaf bg! I bet the colors are really pretty back there. Very fun sentiment to go with as well!

Sue, those leaves are gorgeous!! Great job coloring them. I love the blues dots between them too. When I first saw your card, I was thinking what background stamp did she use for this. I don't have one with such tiny dots. I never would have thought to use a pen to do those dots. I really like the look@! And will have to give it a try soon!

I totally love that leaf stamp and you made it shine with these super pretty leaves, Sue. I like your added dots too. They all make a perfect backdrop to that wonderfully fun sentiment and bow. Great job!!!!
