by Julie Warner - The Write Stuff

Happy Friday!
I hope your week has gone well! I have another sympathy card to share today. I went with very soft colors and a fairly simple layout. After die cutting the white panel a couple of times, I sponged the pinks & aquas onto the center one, then stamped the greeting & flower branch w/ the gray ink. A little color was added to the flowers & I used a white gel pen for the centers. The narrowest stitched frame was sponged aqua to match (since I didn't have any card stock to match) & I added a gray mat inside.
The dogwoods were stamped w/ gray, lightly colored w/ Copics & fussy cut to add on top of the frame.
Here's a look at the inside & below it are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
Supplies:
stamps: DRS Designs - My Heart to Yours, Flower Branch, Dogwood Branch (inside- No Words)
paper: Staples 110# white, gray
ink: Memento gray flannel, Distress inks spun sugar, Victorian velvet, tumbled glass
accessories: Copic markers, Misti, Spellbinders A2 matting basics B dies, ODBD double stitched rectangles dies, white gel pen
