Happy Easter

>> Monday, April 10, 2017

Hi Everyone. With Easter fast approaching, I thought I'd share a card that celebrates what Easter is all about, Christ's death and resurrection.

I started with a kraft card base and stamped the woodgrain background image with TH Brushed Corduroy Distress ink. Next I stamped the Christ is Risen Cross onto white CS with Memento Black ink, colored it with Copics, die cut and layered it onto the die cut green panel. The Celebrate Easter greeting was stamped onto kraft CS that was also stamped with the woodgrain background, die cut and attached with foam adhesive.  A Sakura Gelly Roll pen was used to add some shimmer to the flowers.

I hope you have a wonderful Easter as you celebrate Christ.

blessings,
shelia
