Lucky to have you!

Good morning!

Today I have a four leaf clover card for you.
I found a kids cut out pattern on the net and used it to make this
shaped card.

The inside of my card.

I cut the pattern freehand so it is a bit rustic and my lining was totally freestyle.
To finish the edges a bit, I did some faux stitching with a multi-liner.
I colored the Shamrock Swag with G43 (just basic, no shading).
The ink for sponging was Bazzill Lt. Green. The clover die is from I.O. and I used a corner rounder by EK Success.
You can pretty much make any shape card with any pattern by folding the base card stock in half and then lining up the pattern to hang off the folded edge about 1/4" to keep the card in one folded piece.

Since I'm doing shaped cards, I'll show you an Easter card that is shaped like and egg AND it's an easel card.

The dies are ODBD and Spellbinders.
Cut the egg on a folded card making sure top hangs over folded edge.  Cut another egg from white, the filigree egg from pink shimmer and a darker pink to line the back of the filigree egg.
Fold top of egg shape card in half and attach other white egg to just the bottom folded in.  Now decorate the top and the inside.  You will need a raised "something" to catch your top so that it stays open.  My bunny is raise and the rhinestone decor is raised, of course.
Fast and easy.
Thanks for visiting today!!
Have a great weekend and keep on crafting!
