Love and Laughter

Welcome!

I have a sneak peak at one of our new images being released this Saturday for you today!

I started my card by finding a pre-embossed piece of green card stock (lucky me!)  I was kinda of struggling to think of what I wanted to do, so finding it actually gave me the inspiration for the rest of the card.  It really all fell into place because of one small piece of paper :)

I stamped our soon to be released Love & Laughter stamp on ivory using vintage green ink, trimmed it to size and punched the corners since my punch was still handy from last week's card.  I was about to toss the scraps when I remembered using them in the past, so I found my glue pen and after cutting the purple layer to size first, I glued the punched corners in place.  It wasn't looking very Irish-y so I inked up one of the shamrocks in our Small Shamrock Group used the same vintage green and stamped it in each corner.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Beautiful Sue! I love that sentiment and having it as main feature is wonderful with the embossed bg and little clovers in the corners!!

This is so pretty! Your corner treatment on the sentiment is beyond cool and the embossing is lovely too :)

Cute card, Sue. I really like the way you used the extra pieces from the corners on this. Never thought to do this!

Wonderful St. Patrick's Day card, Sue! Love the embossed green bg & the little bit of purple showing. The little shamrocks in the corners are perfect.

Love those little shamrocks and that you focused on the sentiment (great sentiment too). Super embossing and color. This is an awesome St. Pats day card, Sue. Hugz
