From my rooftop to yours!

>> Monday, November 21, 2016

Hi Everyone,

My card today features two new stamps that I know you are going to love. I started with a piece of white CS that was embossed with a Sizzix falling snow folder. I don't have this folder yet, but a friend embossed a few pieces for me. I love the look of this embossing folder. Anyway, at the bottom of the embossed panel, I stamped the rooftop image (1042H) with Memento Black ink, colored it with Copics and added some clear Wink of Stella to the snowy rooftops. The new greeting (1045E)was stamped with Versafine Black Onyx ink onto white CS, die cut and layered onto a blue panel after using a MS snowflake border punch. Some of the punched snowflakes were added to the sentiment panel along with half pearls. This was a really quick and easy card to put together. I think these rooftops are going to be a favorite of mine.

Thanks for stopping by,
shelia

Shelia, I love how you colored up the house tops and the snow textures you used. This is frosty and homey at the same time. Very cute card!!! Hugz
