Autumn Splendor

>> Saturday, October 1, 2016

Good morning!
Let's get fall falling!

I've used the Open Leaf-584D for the background, Woven Plaid-613P, for my plaid and October Pumpkin with Fall Leaves-1102G for my focal image.
My die cut frame is from Spellbinders (2 dies in the set to make the frame), sponged with Distress Ink.  My outside frame was made with Stitched Rectangles by ODBD. The outside frame and the oval frame are popped up with foam tape.  My embellishments are ribbon and a threaded button.
This is another simple card and easy to do!  I stamped the leaves all over but ended up coloring only the leaves that would show of course, Made my plaid with Yellow, Red, and orange to match the leaves in the background and my pumpkin and leaves are colored in the same fashion.
Before attaching my framed image, I stretched a piece of yellow ribbon with sheer middle and orange ribbon with sheer middle, across the plaid panel, then I added the framed popped up image.  I made a small bow with yellow gingham ribbon and topped it with the little threaded orange button.
I love the bright colors of Halloween and fall, what a feast for the eyes!
Let's get stampin'!!
Thanks for visiting today!
