Thinking of You

>> Saturday, April 23, 2016

Good morning!
Well funny thing is...I printed up the wrong color challenge photo the other day when I needed to make a card for the challenge this week!!  Ha!  Lucky for me I discovered my mistake before Thursday!
I liked this card so, here it is.
I used Cheery Lynn Designs corner die and
Sue Wilson Designs ornate framing die.
DRS Designs stamps: 671L Daisy Basket,  and 031D On My Mind
The only thing I added as a finishing touch is a nice little bow on the basket.
You could use this card for a get well card or a Thinking of you card or even a sympathy card for a good friend.
I stamped my image and die cut the bottom part only by placing the top plate only on half the die.  The top was all too big for the die so not a candidate for the out of the box technique.  I fussy cut the entire top down to my die cut portion and then popped it up onto my framing.
This was a fast and easy card but still looks pretty and elegant.
A basket of daisies is perfect for any occasion!
Hope you are having a nice weekend!
Thanks for visiting!!
Robin
