Spring Birthday

Who doesn't need more birthday cards? I made this one with Spring colors in mind (matches up with the current challenge which you still have a little time to enter today).
I did the green spotted background with the Splatter Background stamped with SU! Green Galore. I sponged a bit of the green around the edge as well. My main panel was made with the Calendar stamp that I inked up with SU! Crumb Cake. I stamped the Birthday Candle Burst over the calendar and then again on a blank page so I could fussy cut the candles and pop them up a bit. The new 4-in-1 Arrows stamp made a great way to highlight the day in the calendar. I am finding a bunch of ways to use these arrows - my calendar at home, a way to pinpoint things in my junque booth, Bible Journaling, and highlighting fun things on cards.
