Wonderful Flowers

Happy Friday!
I hope your first week of March has gone well! So..did March come in like a lion or lamb in your area? We sort of had both. March 1st started out pretty lamby then turned into an angry lion w/ lots of thunderstorms, rain & high winds. Then it turned cold & windy. My card today is hopefully what some of this rain will bring later on. I used the sketch & color combo challenges at Splitcoast for my card.

The plain daisy was stamped w/ Memento Paris Dusk, colored w/ Copics, overstamped w/ Versafine Majestic blue, then die cut in a circle. The polka dot flower was done the same way, except it was fussy cut, then cut in half & placed on either side of the blue daisy. I used some die cut stems for them so it wouldn't look like they were floating.
The double embossed bg was one I had in my stash so I die cut it a little smaller then put the blue bg behind it. I added the greeting (the rest is on the inside), ladybug and some stickles & sequins to continue the DRS Thursday Bling Challenge from yesterday. (Be sure to ck it out!)

These are the Copic colors I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

This is very fun! I love those half flowers with the large bauble centers to make them look like cone flowers!! So pretty! Love the colors too, it should be a great spring with all the rain we've had...I will love seeing all the flowers this year!
Love your card!
