Candy Apple Fall

Happy Friday, y'all!
Hope your first full week of fall has gone well! So far, fall around here has been one long chilly rain. An entire week of it! Even my parrot is moping around. Ho, hum..another dark day. For my card today, I thought I'd make something a little brighter & more cheerful than our local weather.

After stamping & coloring the Candy Apple, I over stamped w/ Versafine, added the greeting then die cut w/ a pierced rectangle die. The leftover frame was die cut w/ a matting basic die, to even the edges, & it was embossed w/ the apple folder.
The leaf was inked w/ the Distress inks, stamped, the matching outline leaf was stamped on top w/ the sepia ink & fussy cut. Here are the Copics I used.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend & don't forget to check out the DRS Thursday Challenge...this week Heavy Metal (have something metallic on your creation).

Supplies:
stamps: DRS Designs Candy AppleOpen Leaf, Med. Silhouette LeafHappy Fall, Y'all

There are tons of trees around here with leaves just those colors, Julie! You've captured them beautifully! Your candy apple is sweet too!
