A Little "Witchy"

>> Saturday, October 17, 2015

Good morning!
For all those who get a little "witchy" at times, here is just the card for you!! LOL!
My dies are from Spellbinder.  The little bats are just some plastic things I had "hanging" around!
I used a stamp aligner to make my purple and green striped paper then used a scallop border.  Used it again to do the orange only without the insert filigree part.  I stamped my sentiment with VersaFine Black because it is super black, let it dry then die cut it with a decorative label.  My witch image is colored with Copic Markers.  That's about it!
So, what do you do for Halloween? I live in the country so we don't get trick or treaters but our church has a "Trunk r Treat" in the parking lot.  People decorate their trucks/trunks and give out candy.  We usually see about 800 to 1000 people go through.  I've seen the cutest costumes for kids and adults as well!  Sometimes whole families are dressed in costumes that all go together.  So cute!  I'm usually in charge of taking photos so I am really looking for the best ones, I've seen so many unique ideas.  What a blast!
I hope you are having a great weekend! Go get crafty!
Thanks for visiting today!!

So fun with the colors and design - you do the most cheerful Halloween cards and they are soooo fun!!! We live way to far out for Trick or Treaters too. We usually just go out to eat or sit home and watch a scary movie. When the grandbabies get bigger though - I will be at our church's festival or truck or treat too. Love your card Robin. Hugz

Your coloring on the witch is totally awesome! Love all the shading on the tights and her skirt is fantastic!

I have never heard of Trunk or Treat, but it sounds like a whole lot of FUN! We still hand out candy, but there's less and less kids every year :(

Trunk or treat! What a cute idea :) We have a Family Fun Fest with different stations with games and also candy for the kids.

LOVE your card today...The coloring is outstanding and the stamped scalloped layers are super cool behind the sentiment!
