In Sympathy...

>> Wednesday, April 15, 2015

Welcome,

Is it weird that I enjoy making sympathy cards?   Especially if I have the time to make them when I'm not in need of one.  I guess I tend to use a lot of nature designs and I like those :)

Anyway, here's my card for this week,

My original thought was to do the stamping on kraft stock, but the white ink didn't show up enough so I had to shift things up a bit :)

I stamped our new Dandelion Puff on brown card stock using white pigment ink and then stamped the puff and the Memories Sympathy sentiment on a separate piece using the same ink.  Very quick and very easy.  I toyed with using some pearls in the corners after I had round cornered them, but I was really liking the look of this rather plain simple card so I left it alone.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Sue
