The EYES Have It!

>> Saturday, September 6, 2014

Hello everyone!! Another nice Saturday and I think I'm going to the lake today!
I just wanted to share by newest Halloween card with you first!
DRS stamps used: 134D Count Porkula (new release), 092D Eyes for You greeting, 647H Spooky eyes background
The web and grass punches are by Martha Stewart and the little graveyard is from Spellbinders.  I stamped the eyes with White Unicorn pigment ink then punched little holes in some of them so that you could see the green cardstock behind the black.  I added the black web border on both sides and the little purple graveyard then added a grass border on top to set the "stage" (it almost looks like a stage, doesn't it). Instead of ribbon, I used rick rack in two colors to match my card.
I think mister Count Porkula should get out of there, don't you?  Good grief, he takes a lot of chances!!! After all, it IS Halloween night,(On the card anyway).
These stamps make the cutest Halloween cards for kids; who doesn't like all these spooky characters???  I love making kids Halloween cards to give out to my friends for their kids and grandkids!! They are so much fun!
I hope this gives you more ideas for making your own cards to give out.  Have a great and creative weekend!!
