Winter Cones

>> Saturday, August 16, 2014

Hello everyone!!
Hope you're having a great creative weekend!

My card today features the Pinecone Square 505K, and the Merry Christmas 520D.  I colored with Copic Markers then added some Liquid Pearls-white and Crystal Snow glitter.  I splattered the Pinecome image with white acrylic paint and a toothbrush, to give the appearance of a snowstorm. The background is embossed with a random dot folder that looks like falling snow to me.
The holidays are fast approaching and I want to be ready with lots of cards.  It's so fun making Christmas and other holiday cards this time of year...I have an extra excitement in my craft room from now until January...how about you?
Go have some fun right now!
Robin
