Happy Good Friday!
I hope your week has gone well and you're all ready for little Easter egg hunters this weekend! Speaking of Easter eggs, I'm reminded of Easter when my sis, brother & I were are all very young. For some reason we were never quite sure about, my dad always made and hid one egg with the word Falstaff on it. Whoever found the Falstaff egg was the official egg hunting winner. Why Falstaff? I dunno. Maybe because my dad is a little weird and maybe because he used to drink Falstaff beer. My dad also claims to have been a girl scout, lol. Anyway I used to find most of the eggs (I was good, lol) and my dad always made me put some back. Not fair!

So my Easter cards are all mailed and I thought I'd share a card using this super fun beehive and honeycomb background. They go so perfectly with the 2 little bees and don't you love the little bee trail DRS Designs added to go with. After stamping the hive, bees & two greetings, I colored them with Copics and die cut the right edge then edged the whole panel with a bright yellow Permapaque marker. I stamped the honeycomb a few times down the right side of a black panel using white ink then added some small punched yellow circles in the center. I stamped one extra honeycomb, cut it out and added a little yellow button in the center. These are the Copics I used to color everything.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great Easter weekend! Let me know if you find the Falstaff egg!
