Pink Shower

>> Sunday, March 30, 2014

Hi all, it's been a rainy weekend here. Kind of gray and gloomy.  I have a shower card today that is bright and happy.

I stamped the Umbrella on Xpress It Blending card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used Copic it color the image. Then I fussy cut the top. I used a Spellbinder die to cut out the next layer and Stamped the Raindrop Background With Tumbled Glass Distress ink. Then I stamped the Umbrella and colored the handle. I used Pop dots to attached the colored top. For the next layer I used the Spellbinder die and Couger card stock and colored the edge with Copic markers. As you can see the Copics blend so much better on the Xpress card. The For you Shower Greeting was cut with a die and colored with Copics. This was attached to a 3 x 5 card.

Have a wonderful day,

Janett

I love how you layered the umbrella on top of the rain drop background, and the die cut edges are gorgeous!

Beautiful! I love the die you used for the card front and your umbrella is colored perfectly! That's the perfect color for raindrops too!
