Love is Patient

>> Monday, January 27, 2014

We are in the middle of another Arctic Freeze here in Ohio. I don't think I've ever been this cold before!! Tomorrow and Wednesday are suppose to be the coldest days yet with ridiculous wind chill factors. So it's the perfect time to stay indoors and stamp away!! I'm loving it!!!

I have another Valentine card to share with you today. I have been on a glitter paper spree lately. I found a pack of glitter paper on sale a couple of weeks ago and I've just been having a fun time with it.

This card was very easy to create. I started with  a layer of black CS and then added the pink glitter paper. The Love is Patient Greeting was stamped in Memento Black ink on white CS and die cut with a romantic rectangle die. Some pink scallop hearts were die cut and added to the panel after the black velvet ribbon was added. Everything is layered on the white card base. Some clear heart shaped rhinestones were added to the center of the hearts and some black rhinestones to the corners to complete the look.

You still have a couple of days to join this week's challenge "So Sorry." Check for details here.

Thanks for stopping by and stay warm!

Until next time,
shelia
