Happy Friday!
I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving and you're finding a lot of Holiday sales today. Almost every Thanksgiving, my husband gets out his little smoky bbq/smoker and smokes the turkey usually w/ pecan wood. That's the best tasting turkey around! I remember the first year he cooked it in the smoker. My nephew was probably about 7 or so. Everything was going great...family was here from all over so there were actually 2 turkeys in the smoker. Dinnertime!! My sis and I are in the kitchen and my nephew comes running inside in tears. "it's horrible!" he cries. "The turkeys are BURNED!" He'd never seen a turkey cooked this way and they do look pretty dark on the outside.  We explained that and he still wasn't convinced until we started slicing it up. So we like to remind him every Thanksgiving. OMGeee! It's burned!

And since we've been having a very cold spell w/ rain, wind and now they're predicting icy/snow stuff, I'm going w/ a snowman card today.  I love using blues or turquoises for winter snowflakes. They just look like icy colors. For the 4 in 1 Snowflakes falling down the side, I used a teal ink and stamped each one more than once to get the variegated colors. The skinny snowman was colored w/ Copics and die cut before adding to a larger teal layer. The sign was colored and fussy cut. I added some stickles for a little icy sparkle and my 4.25 x 5.50 card was finished!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend and find lots of bargains!

Supplies:
paper: white, teal

Beautiful! Love the teal colored snowflakes and how you only stamped them on part of your card!
