A helping hand....

Welcome!

My friend and neighbor and I were chatting recently about her daughter's 7th birthday party and she mentioned wanting to buy specially wrapped Hershey chocolate bars....excuse me, but....buy them, is she crazy?  I had to explain to her that this was definitely something we could MAKE.  And very easily I might add!

I started by stamping our Polka Dot Background on white cs using a lime green ink and sponging the sides with the same green.  Next I stamped the pink cs with orange ink and our Lots of  Dots giga circle stamp and punched it out using a giga punch.  The sentiment was printed from my computer and then stamped with the cupcake and pink ink and after cutting with a nestie circle I adhered it all together.  My original plan was to wrap each candy bar with a piece of matching pink cs, but in the end (when the quantity went from 15 to 40 ) decided it would be quicker to use foil.

And the real good news?  My friend gave me back 5 to enjoy!

Thanks so much for stopping by- and don't forget you have until 6pm to add you card to last weeks "Go Fish" challenge!  Stop by tomorrow to see our winner and to check out the next challenge we have in store for you!!
