Welcome!!

A couple of weeks ago a good friend of mine surprised me with a wonderful gift - hand made quilted pillow shams, and not only do I love, love, love the shams, but she wrapped them and tied them with the green ribbon on my card today!

As soon as I saw the ribbon I knew it would end up on a card one day!  It was quick and easy too!  I stamped the top 3rd of my cs with our Easy Dot Background and yellow ink, added my ribbon, and then stamped our Bitsy Bumble Bee twice, on a separate piece of cs.  My yellow squares are these little pieces of plastic I found at work and I've been dying to use them on a card.  So I cut the bees to fit, attached them back to back and then sandwiched them between 2 pieces of yellow plastic.  You can't see it in the picture, but I applied 2-sided tape on the sides of my square and attached more green ribbon to finish off the edges.  To attach to my card I used a piece of clear fishing line.

Have you linked your card to our "Punch" challenge yet?  You have until 6pm tonight!!  COme back tomorrow to seeif you've won and to check out our next fun challenge!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I love this cheerful color combo and the little bee embellishment is too cute! Nice job on the recycle of the ribbon too!
