Welcome!

Okay, there is something definitely wrong when not only am I  weeks early getting a card made, I actually like how it came out!!  What's up with that?  I guess miracles do happen!

I started by embossing ivory card stock using just the top portion of an embossing folder (sizzix thank you set) and then turning the paper around and doing the same thing on the bottom.  Next I stamped our Dogwood Branch on a separate piece of card stock using black ink and colored them with markers and then fussy cut them out and adhered them to my embossed layer.  I stamped our Mother's Day Greeting in the center using lavender ink and then layered all on purple card stock and then on a lavender folded 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card.  Simple right?  Okay except for the cutting, but it went fast and I was done almost before I started ;)

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Sue, this is an elegant and lovely Mother's day creation. Love those dogwoods and how you only embossed the top and bottom of the paper.
