Paddy and his Shamrock Circle

>> Saturday, March 9, 2013

My card today is continuing with Thursday's challenge...shamrocks.  I chose the Shamrock Circle, Paddy Bear and the Happy St. Patrick's Day greeting. I stamped the shamrock circle on certainly celery and used a circle punch to cut out the center and then a large scallop punch to finish it off. I only used Paddy's head for this creation and colored him in gray, crumb cake and green. The gray layer was embossed with the lattice folder and some fun gingham ribbon to match.
So don't forget to play in our Thursday challenge AND see details below for our Stamp-a-versary contest.

Pam, your shamrock wreath looks so pretty the way you cut it out and I really like Paddy's head on it with the bow. Great St. Paddy's Day card!

What a cute St. Paddy's day card, Pam! The scallops die is perfect for your wreath and I like how you added just part of the bear to it.

I really like the green and charcoal color combo on your card and the background emobossing adds the perfect bit of texture!
