Fall Flowers

Welcome!

Is it me or is Thanksgiving insanely early this year?  I can't believe it's only a week away!!  Luckily I had a little help last week in my stamping "room" so I'm a little ahead of the game!  That said, if you look at my card today and think "Nice coloring!!"  please address all your compliments to my niece Krissy.  Out of all my nieces (I have 7.... and 8 nephews too!) she's been my biggest stamping helper.  And now that she's reached the grand old age of 14, I can safely hand her anything and not be shocked by the results as you can see by her excellent job on the Pumpkin Bouquet

My part was easy - I stamped our new Checkerboard Stamp using purple ink and then stamped it again in the "holes" using vintage green ink.  The background in back of the flowers was made using our new Material Maker Stamp and orange ink and I finished up by stamping Happy Fall Y'all using more purple ink.  Easy peasy as they say :)

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget you have this last day to participate in our Candles Challenge and please stop back tomorrow to see our winner and to see what our next challenge is!

Fabulous, Sue & Krissy! A real knockout of a card! The pumpkin/flowers are so beautifully colored and your checkerboard looks like glass blocks.
