Froggie Flip Flop

Happy Friday before the first day of FALL!
I am so ready! But before I start doing autumn cards, I needed a birthday card for a boy and what can be more perfect than a frog themed birthday card? Last weekend I found this super die that cuts this flip flop (or swing) card and I love that it does all the work for you. No measuring or scoring. So I cut the white card using the die then stamped the argyle down the right side and used the diamond to fill in some of it. I also used the diamond by itself on the right side. The sentiment was die cut along w/ the green layer and attached to the front of the "swing" part.

I stamped the Happy Birthday, little frog and frog boy on another piece of white, backed it w/ green and attached it to the inside of the "swing" part. This also continues yesterday's challenge to make a "Punny Saying" card. If you haven't checked out the challenge, hop on down and take a look: DRS Thursday Challenge. It's fun, easy and you'll be entered to win some fabulous Autumn images just for linking up your Punny card!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great Fall Weekend!
paper: white, kelly green
ink: Kaleidacolor Fresh Green, Memento new sprout

Julie, this is absolutely fabulous. I shy away from these kind of cards but might have to get this die!
