Sealed with a Prayer

>> Saturday, February 4, 2012

Yeah!!!! DRS Designs' new releases are out today....go check them out here.
A fairly simple card but I love the way it came out. I used the embossing folder on the metallic white layer and the marina mist layer. Before embossing the white layer, I randomly stamped the awesome cross. I cut one cross out and placed on top of the marina mist ribbon. The sentiment...Sealed with a Prayer is new as well and I stamped it in marina mist and then used a large oval punch to cut it out.
We are pretty buried in snow.....as of right now, we have almost 2 feet and it is still snowing. Unfortunately, I am a bachlorette this weekend. My husband is golfing in Mesquite...and watching the Super Bowl....off to do more shoveling.

Take care,

Pam

The marina mist is a gorgeous color & works so well with the cross & the lovely sentiment.
I'm sorry you have 2 feet of snow. Usually we do too this time of year. I'm in N.Y. & it's 40° today with no snow.

Pam, this is so pretty. I love the color and how you embossed after stamping the cross. simply beautiful.
Sorry to hear you got so much snow. We've had hardly any here in OH. Sorry you have to shovel it! No Fun!!

Great card! I love the background! Simple but so effective!

It figures it would snow when there's no big strong man around to shovel - keep up the good work!

Very pretty, I really live the embossing over the stamping.

Lovely card Pam! I'm horrible at 'random' but you've done it perfectly! I like that blue, too!
