Shiny Shooting Stars

>> Saturday, December 11, 2010

Can you believe it's almost Christmas?  I can't.  We are having pretty consistent temps here in Colorado in the 50's and 60's.  I prefer snow:)  I know, I am weird.  I would rather drive in snow any day verses rain.
My card for today uses DRS Designs new release Shooting Star and the ever versatile Starry background.
I stamped the shooting star four times with yoyo yellow and embossed with glittered gold embossing powder and painted with marigold shimmerz paint, cut the stars out and popped them up three times as the original image only has one star.  The background stars stamped in yoyo yellow and embossed as well.
Paper:  vanilla, black, crushed curry
Ink:  Yoyo yellow
Accessories:  dimensionals, ribbon, glittery gold embossing powder
Happy Shopping!
