Christmas Eve Silent Night

>> Friday, December 24, 2010

by Julie Warner - The Write Stuff
As we (hopefully) all gather together with our family and friends on this Christmas Eve, may we all take a few minutes to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. To me, these images say it very well. So I kept my card simple to highlight the images.

The manager scene and left side were embossed with a white, shimmery powder onto navy card stock. The right side has the Silent Night music stamped again, this time in dk blue ink onto the white card front. A simple, sheer white bow was added on the left and the main image was die cut with a large circle die. The white card measures 5.5 x 4.25.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and hope you are able to be with your loved ones to celebrate.

Supplies:
stamps: Holy Family Manger Scene, Silent Night Sheet Music
paper: white, navy blue
ink: white pigment, cobalt dye ink
accessories: shimmer white embossing powder, lg circle dies, sheer white ribbon
