Bright Garden

by Julie Warner- The Write Stuff
I hope you're having a great week! Here's a little garden scene to brighten your day.
This is also for the Spoonful of Sugar challenge DRS is sponsoring this week. I think these girlie colored flowers and butterfly will qualify.

The fence was repeatedly stamped then masked and the flowers were stamped several times. I stamped the fence again and cut the individual pickets out and popped them up on top of the base image. I used markers to color everything then cut it out with large die. With die in place, I sponged on some blue ink for the sky. I added the butterfly on top and pierced a little trail.

I used a little border punch on the blue layer and added a few piercings before attaching it to a bright fuchsia layer. The greeting was stamped and cut out with the side end of the same die and yellow ink was sponged on.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you've enjoyed these (weedless) flowers, lol!

Supplies:
stamps: Three Flowers & Butterfly, Add a Fence, You Brighten My Day greeting
paper: white, brilliant blue, bright fuchsia
ink: black permanent, yellow, lt blue
accessories: markers, paper piercer, Spellbinders labels 8 die, border punch
