Spiro Gyro Birthday

Happy Thursday!
With 6 more family members having birthdays in the near future, I'm still hard at work on birthday cards. Between friends and family, you can never have too many birthday cards. I really love the DRS new birthday arc greeting. It makes it easy to add the greeting almost anywhere. Here I stamped it above my oval layers, directly on the card front.

The spiro oval was stamped, colored with markers and cut out. It's attached to a larger white oval I cut using an oval Nestie. The polka dot flower was done the same way and attached in the center. I made a faux brad and put it in the center of the flower.

I used a border punch and a line of dots embossing border folder on the the dark and light blue borders. The dk blue border has an additional punched green border underneath it and the lt blue has a white one. I also used the embossing border folder on the bottom and top of the white 5.5 x 4.25 card.

Thank so much for stopping by! "They say it's your birthday.... "

Supplies:
stamps: Oval Spiro Design, Polka Dot Flower, Happy Birthday Arc
paper: white, lt blue, dk blue, lime green
ink: Ancient Page coal, cobalt
accessories: markers, dot border folder, 1/4 inch hole punch and stylus (for the faux brads), Spellbinders classic oval Nestie, arched lattice border punch
