Cupcakes for Birthdays & Valentines

Cupcakes.... lots of them in this post. Too bad they're not edible!

This first card is a tent topper. Starting with a 4.25 square card, the top scallop circle is added above the top of the card. If measured carefully, it will fit into an A2 envelope. (Recipe below.)
