Happy Easter DRS Style!

Easter is upon us and I thought that I would love to have a great little table decoration. I knew what i wanted... but how could I find it to buy it? I know... I will MAKE it and then I can have EXACTLY the one I want! Iused 2 die cut shapes and I used a strip of paper between them to make a basket... but it needed to look like a basket... NO PROBLEM! I used my background stamp #H366 to create the basket effect I was going for. Now, something cute and furry for the front... HMMM... I know!!!#G538... the lambs! I stamped them in grey and added crystal effects to them. While that was still wet, I sprinkled flocking powder on and pressed to stick to the crystal effects...Voila... cute and FURRY! As we all know... any decent basket will have eggs in it. I wanted pastel swirly eggs... GOT 'EM! I sed # K517 and embossed them with white embossing powder and cut them out! I adhered them to skinny dowels, and PRESTO... my basket full of swirly, pastel eggs! Next... the perfect sentiment! NO sweat! I stamped sentiment # G527 in pink ink and mounted it on delicate pink paper, added another dowel...placed it in the basket and here is my finished creation! This was not only simple to do... it was fun! Happy Easter to all... and remember... "DRS...We Got a Stamp for That!"

What a fun table decoration! I really like how you used the BG stamp on the Top Note die cut and adhering the other adorable images to dowels is a great way to make sure they stand out!!
